80% of the fee goes directly to the experts and the remaining 20% covers operational costs.
For example, if an expert is working 155 hours per month at a rate of 120€/hour (excl. VAT):
- The total monthly cost is 18,600€.
- Out of this, the expert receives 14,880€, ensuring they are highly motivated and committed to delivering exceptional results.

In traditional models significant costs are required to maintain a bench of idle consultants or excessive overhead, where you end up paying for unallocated consultants, unmotivated talent, and the middleman.
